Nutrition is the foundation of CrossFit as well as our lives. How we fuel ourselves affects not only our performance in the gym but our health, energy, mood and well being.

You do not have to be a member to take advantage of our nutrition program. Members as well as non-members can participate in our monthly program to make you feel better from the inside out. We will never put you on a “diet.” We teach you how to fuel your bodies with whole foods and teach moderation. We still want you to enjoy that birthday cake or a glass of wine with friends. Nothing is off limits and we are here to help with accountability to make sure that balance is there.

the following is provided to you:

  • InBody scan. This will measure you body composition and give us some great data to measure progress.

  • Macro nutrient prescription. We will tell you exactly how many grams of carbs, proteins and fats are needed to reach your goals.

  • Weekly check-in’s to go over your food log and make any adjustments to make sure your energy is high and you are feeling great!

  • Unlimited email access to a coach for absolutely any questions that may pop up.
