Nutrition is the foundation of CrossFit and more importantly, our lives. How we fuel ourselves affects not only our performance in the gym but our health, energy, mood and well being.

Members as well as non-members can take advantage of monthly nutrition programing that will help you feel better from the inside out. You will learn to fuel your body with whole foods and what it looks like to incorporate moderation into your diet. We still want you to enjoy cake on your birthday and a glass of wine with friends. We believe in creating balance and provide you with the knowledge to find freedom in your food choices.
