The foundation of CrossFit begins with solid nutrition.  You’ve heard about the zone diet, keto, counting macros, and countless diets to choose from - and chances are you’ve tried a few of them without long term success. The truth is, the best diet is the one that gives you freedom to make your own choices and that you can sustain for the long term.  Our PE Nutrition program aims to provide education, resources and accountability to support and guide you to your solid nutrition foundation.
