I came to CrossFit PE at age 41, 7 months after the birth of my second child. I wasn’t sure if I belonged at CrossFit. Maybe I was too old, or too out of shape. Maybe I wasn’t a good enough athlete, and I would feel ridiculous working out with hard bodies ten or twenty years younger. My progress has been phenomenal. I’ve lost ten pounds and completely recompositioned my body. I have arm definition like I haven’t seen since college. I competed in my first CrossFit competition. I get compliments all the time now, but the greatest benefit has been mental. I love pushing my limits and then breaking through them. I also love the camaraderie at CrossFit PE. All of the athletes support and cheer for one another, and that attitude comes directly from the coaches. Coming to CrossFit PE is one of the best things I’ve ever done.

You will not be anonymous here.

You won’t find banks of mirrors or rows of treadmills. People are engaged in the workout – not just mindlessly putting in their time. If that is what you are looking for we can point you in the right direction (like 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness, where nobody knows your name).

We carefully plan our programs to give you a constantly varied, yet balanced workout. Our coaches will be teaching and guiding you from start to finish. You’ll know the names of everyone you are with and chances are you will join them for a happy hour after a workout sometimes.
