I had been working out for a little while before I found CrossFit PE and was in a rut with my training. From the first workout, I was challenged and supported by the coaches and fellow members. The focus on proper form is important to me as I’ve seen some crazy things in other gyms! I have found myself becoming stronger and more confident in my skills and my rut is officially broken. I have started losing weight again and have hit the 150 lbs lost mark. I love my CrossFit PE family and look forward to continuing to work with them for a long time to come!

Everyone can do it. Our workouts are designed to be scaled so they are doable by every single member—from the brand new athlete to the experienced CrossFitter.

Strength and safety. When you’re working out, there’s nothing more important to us than watching your form. Coaches are attentive and focused on YOU, to ensure you’re building strength and doing so safely.

Above and beyond. We believe in supportive, attentive and knowledgeable coaching that helps motivate you to push beyond what you may have previously perceived as your limits. We provide the tools to help you take charge of your fitness goals. Ultimately, our members are responsible for their own workouts. We’re here to support.

Open door. CrossFit PE members are encouraged to come to us with questions, ideas and even concerns. Our coaches strive to create an environment where all members feel comfortable and are able to have their voices heard.

LAURIE FISH, OWNER

Laurie’s favorite thing about coaching CrossFit is helping members achieve new levels of strength and skill. Laurie's experience includes:

TOBIAS SHEA

Meet Tobias—lover of life. Whether he’s helping people achieve their health/fitness/wellness goals or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tobias thrives on motivating himself and others beyond the limits of convention. Tobias is passionate about being part of a community that fosters creativity, critical thought, hard work and fun…a perfect fit with CrossFit PE.

JOE BECK

Joe is undoubtedly passionate about coaching and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He is a competitive CrossFitter, weightlifter and powerlifter. Joe’s experience includes:

  • BS, Exercise Science
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • Level 1 CrossFit Coach
  • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach

One day, Joe hopes to run a program/gym that uses strength and conditioning as a main component of substance abuse treatment.

TALI ZABARI

Tali is a competitive weightlifter who brings her love of the sport along with a deep knowledge of movement and training to her CrossFit classes. Coaching throughout the Northwest since 2011, Tali transfers what she’s learned from world-class weightlifting coaches to lead specialty weightlifting courses and programs throughout the year. Tali's certifications include:

  • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach

Chelsea Brinegar- Nutritionist

Chelsea believes that nutrition goes hand-in-hand with CrossFit – another strong passion of hers. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved athletic performance, increased energy, better recovery, or simply overall well-being, Chelsea will work with you to provide an individualized and sustainable approach to nutrition that radically enhances your life – in and out of the gym.

With a Master’s of Science Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, Chelsea accompanies her clients down a path of health, enthusiasm and passion for a life well-lived inspired by the simplicity and strength of one of the most foundational, and delicious, gifts from Mother Nature – real, whole foods.
