Everyone can do it. Our workouts are designed to be scaled so they are doable by every single member—from the brand new athlete to the experienced CrossFitter.
Strength and safety. When you’re working out, there’s nothing more important to us than watching your form. Coaches are attentive and focused on YOU, to ensure you’re building strength and doing so safely.
Above and beyond. We believe in supportive, attentive and knowledgeable coaching that helps motivate you to push beyond what you may have previously perceived as your limits. We provide the tools to help you take charge of your fitness goals. Ultimately, our members are responsible for their own workouts. We’re here to support.
Open door. CrossFit PE members are encouraged to come to us with questions, ideas and even concerns. Our coaches strive to create an environment where all members feel comfortable and are able to have their voices heard.

LAURIE FISH, OWNER
Laurie’s favorite thing about coaching CrossFit is helping members achieve new levels of strength and skill. Laurie's experience includes:

- 17 years fitness industry experience
- Level 1 CrossFit Coach
- Certified nutritional therapist
- Massage therapist
- Yoga instructor
Meet Tobias—lover of life. Whether he’s helping people achieve their health/fitness/wellness goals or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tobias thrives on motivating himself and others beyond the limits of convention. Tobias is passionate about being part of a community that fosters creativity, critical thought, hard work and fun…a perfect fit with CrossFit PE.
Nicole is a nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifter and avid CrossFitter of 5 years. She has been a competitor and athlete most of her life beginning with equestrian show jumping and now the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Her deep passion for fitness and helping people is what drives her. Nicole has been a part of the CrossFit PE community since she first began CrossFit and loves being apart of this community!
Chelsea believes that nutrition goes hand-in-hand with CrossFit – another strong passion of hers. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved athletic performance, increased energy, better recovery, or simply overall well-being, Chelsea will work with you to provide an individualized and sustainable approach to nutrition that radically enhances your life – in and out of the gym.
With a Master’s of Science Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, Chelsea accompanies her clients down a path of health, enthusiasm and passion for a life well-lived inspired by the simplicity and strength of one of the most foundational, and delicious, gifts from Mother Nature – real, whole foods.
