Salmon Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 2- 6oz cans of salmon

  • 1/4 c pureed or canned sweet potato

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 T coconut flour

  • 1/4 c sliced scallions

  • 2 t coconut aminos

  • 1 t dijon mustard

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Combine all ingredients

  • Form into 6-7 patties

  • Place on baking sheet on parchment paper

  • Bake for 30 min.
