Greek Bison Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb ground bison

  • 1 egg

  • 14g. panko breadcrumbs

  • 150g. grated red onion

  • 6 chopped mint leaves

  • 1/3c. chopped parsley

  • 2 cloves chopped garlic

  • 1/2t. dry oregano

  • 23g. Harissa paste

  • 1t salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix together: egg, paste, breadcrumbs, mint, parsley, garlic, onion, oregano and salt.

Add bison and mix together with our hands

Roll into balls and pan fry for about 12 minutes or until the are no longer pink.
