CrossFit Fundamentals Class

Join this 2 week course with other beginners to learn the movements used in CrossFit workouts.  We will meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.  Attendance is mandatory.  You will need to make up missed classes that can be scheduled one-on-one with a coach.  Course is $99.
