A few weeks ago we asked members to complete a survey. We asked you how we could get better. How our CrossFit gym can make positive changes. How we can progress.

CrossFit PE is nothing without our community. We are in this together. Progressing, changing, and pushing to be the best. Or at least better than yesterday.

Thank you so much to everyone who finished the survey. You’ve helped us reshape the future of CrossFit PE.

The survey is still up. We are always looking for ways to improve. We’d love to hear from you.

We are excited to announce how we're taking it to the next level.

New Weightlifting Classes

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 PM:  Level 2 Weightlifting
  • Tuesdays at 5 PM:  Level 1 Weightlifting
  • Saturdays at 8:30 AM: Level 1 Weightlifting

You will need to test out of Level 1 to participate in Level 2 classes.

Starting June 21:
New CrossFit Fundamentals Course

That's a muscle I've not felt in a long time

You either have a dirty mind or you need to attend CrossFit PE's Fundamentals Course

This 2-week course will teach you to perform the movements used in CrossFit, address any mobility issues or past injuries, and set you up for success. 

Attendance is mandatory for new members.
Because we care about safety and correct form.

  • Tuesday, June 21:  6 PM
  • Thursday, June 23: 6 PM
  • Saturday, June 25: 9:30 AM
  • Tuesday, June 28: 6 PM
  • Thursday, June 30: 6 PM
  • Saturday, July 2: 9:30 AM

You will need to set up a session with a coach for missed classes at a reduced training rate.
