Crockpot Sweet Asian Meatballs

1 yellow onion
1/2 egg
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup almond flour
7 ounces diced pineapples
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons raw honey
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon mustard seed
sea salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste

1. Grab out your crockpot.

2. Peel and slice the onions. Whisk the egg.

3. Put all the onions in the bottom of the crockpot. The fat from the meat cooks them down and makes them stupid delicious.

4. Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix together.

5. Make balls of the meat. Any size you please. Just tuck the pineapple in the meat and pinch to close up.

6. Cook on high for about 2-3 hours in the crockpot (depending on how thick you make the meatballs).

7. Eat these with some of the cooked onions. So good!
