All new endeavors require a bit of guidance. Think about every time you started a new job - you likely spend a decent amount of time going through trainings, learning systems and procedures, and getting to know the team you’d be working with. You probably also had supervisors co-workers checking in on you and helping you create a roadmap for success in your role.
The 90 Day Journey is our way of guiding you in your new endeavor of prioritizing your health. We’ll work with you for 90 days to keep you accountable to your goals. On top of coaching you in class we’ll combine private sessions, nutrition programming, and weekly check-in’s that will set you up for success. This is our way of helping you create habits that will STICK so you can make long term changes to your health.
